The tenant and rent book consists of a register of the property leased from the Branch Bank at Mobile and of rents not paid. Included are the names of the lessees, a description of the property, the date of the lease, the term of the lease, the expiration date of the lease, the annual amount of the rent, whether the rent was paid, protested, in suit or is still due, date when the rent was due, the amount due, and remarks pertaining to bills receivable that were paid in full. Also included may be a rent number.
